At SEOALITY, we stand behind the quality of our work. This policy outlines your rights regarding refunds, replacements, and revisions for all services purchased on seoality.com.

All delivered links are covered by a 180-Day Replacement Guarantee. If any link becomes inactive within 6 months of delivery, we replace it free of charge — no questions asked.

1. Delivery & Acceptance

Upon completion of your order, you will receive a detailed delivery report containing all live link URLs, Quora thread links, and indexing status. You have 7 days from the delivery date to review the report and raise any concerns.

2. 180-Day Link Replacement Guarantee

If any delivered link is removed, collapsed, or becomes inaccessible within 180 days of your delivery date:

  • Contact us at hello@seoality.com with your order number and the affected links
  • We will verify the issue within 48 hours
  • Replacement links will be delivered within 10 business days
  • Replacements are provided at no additional cost

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery: If we fail to deliver your order within the stated timeframe and cannot provide a valid reason or resolution
  • Significant quality issues: If delivered links do not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue through replacements
  • Duplicate orders: If you accidentally placed the same order twice

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Order has been fully delivered and accepted
  • Links were removed due to changes in your own website or content
  • Change of mind after work has commenced
  • Third-party platform (Quora, Reddit, etc.) policy changes that affect previously accepted links after the 180-day period
  • Custom or agency orders where work has already begun

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or replacement request:

  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue
  3. Attach any relevant screenshots or documentation
  4. We will respond within 24–48 hours

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
